Dear Sake Lovers and Green River Sake Customers:
It is my great pleasure to introduce our Green River Sake--Snow-Aged
Rice Wine to the North American market.
Our sake is one of the highest quality sakes in Japan and
is characterized by its fresh, complex, dry, clear aftertaste
and delicate flavor spectrum. For many years, sake brewers
have not seriously practiced sake aging; however,
my ancestors and I have found that appropriate aging is
best for sake as well as sake lovers. We have two types
of sake with different characteristics created through
snow-aging and low temperature maturation. We offer the
best sake possible to those who have a true appreciation
for the taste and philosophy of this alcoholic rice beverage.
Our cross-cultural marketing brings our snow-aged sake and other matured products to the most appropriate occasions for pleasure. We aim to distribute quality sake, promote its history and food pairing potential, and clear up some of the myths of sake currently on the market. Translation or transplanting one culture into another culture is not a simple task as misunderstandings and confusion commonly result. We strive to conduct cross-cultural marketing by those who are familiar with both cultures and sake-food expertise. I believe sake from the East will become a more appropriate and enjoyable alcoholic beverage in the West in this fusion era.
